DOMINOES. Training to fight misinformation

From September 11 to 15, the Ciberimaginario Group organized the first edition of the DOMINOES course “Digital Resilience against Disinformation” at Univeristy Rey Juan Carlos.
The course, attended by 30 teachers and students from Romania, Malta and Spain, provided them with tools and resources to cope with the digital transformation that the news media ecosystem is undergoing.

The course supports increasing the digital capabilities of the higher education sector and contributes to innovation in higher education and vocational training.

The project’s overall objective is to reduce societal polarization by combating fake news and online disinformation in two target groups: university professors employed by the partner universities/civil society trainers and M.A. students in the three partner universities.
