ThingLink is a tool that we at Ciberimaginario have been familiar with for quite some time. In previous projects, we ultimately chose to use 3DVista, as at that time it was a more powerful solution and better suited to the types of projects we wanted to develop.
However, ThingLink has now emerged as a very functional tool thanks to the growth of its capabilities. One of its most notable features is the ability to create interactive immersive 360° scenes using Artificial Intelligence, an improvement that is worth considering. In this sense, ThingLink goes one step further than Blockade Labs, which simply generates a 360° environment without interaction, whereas ThingLink adds that interactive layer that is important to take into account.
Although it offers fewer functionalities than other tools such as 3DVista, it is still important to consider it for creating lighter and simpler productions. In this regard, it can be a useful resource for occasional or specific activities.
It is also worth highlighting that it supports SCORM and xAPI, and also it is also compatible with VR headsets.
Finally, it is important to note that sharing the scene requires a paid subscription.
